Fedha API is a multi-tenant HTTP accounting microservice providing double-entry journal management, financial report generation, and bank reconciliation capabilities. The Service is intended for use by software developers and businesses integrating accounting functionality into their applications.
You agree not to use the Service to:
All financial data you submit to the API remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your journal entries, accounts, or reports. You may request deletion of your tenant data at any time.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation. Planned maintenance will be communicated where reasonably possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fedha API shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including but not limited to financial loss resulting from incorrect journal entries, report errors, or service downtime.
You are responsible for validating the accuracy of financial data posted to and retrieved from the API.
We may modify, deprecate, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will make reasonable effort to communicate breaking changes in advance via email to registered API users.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
